By accessing or using handwriting.live or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Service Overview

We provide tools that convert digital text into handwriting-style outputs, manage user accounts, and offer optional subscription plans with additional features.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are processed through Creem. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges at the displayed price (monthly or yearly). Fees are non-transferable unless required by law.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support; access remains until the current billing period ends. We follow Creem’s refund policies and applicable consumer laws.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party tools, including Creem for payments, Supabase for authentication/storage, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. Their terms and privacy practices also apply.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the text and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process the content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and original materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

9. Data Privacy & Security

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we use reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure.

10. Advertising & Analytics

We may display advertisements from Google AdSense and measure usage through Google Analytics or similar tools. These partners may use cookies or device identifiers.

11. Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. When feasible, we will notify you of material changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of handwriting.live, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be announced via the Service or email before they take effect.
